All homes have an exterior look of siding and a shingled overhang in the interior hallway of the building. When finished, the hall will replicate a courtyard. Coach and soffit lights in the overhangs light the hall and add to authenticity of the courtyard look.
Kitchen...Bob and Sharon chose an open living area with island dividing kitchen space from family living. Large countertop with dining overhang adds to kitchen workspace.
Kitchen is bright and cheery with white cabinets and black solid surface edge counter and sink which contrast the black appliances.
Limited edition baskets trimmed in red are main decorating theme above cabinets and throughout living area for Bob and Sharon's home, we affectionately nicknamed "Longaberger Lane.
Oak bead board on the island help transition from the kitchen to the dining and living room.
Dining area has ample space to allow many leaves in the family table to expand for large gatherings.
Living room doubles as family space for relaxing by fireplace or watching t.v.
Double French doors enter master bedroom.
Each home is specifically designed... Bob and Sharon chose to use ceramic tile for their main floor area and 6-panel doors add to the warmth of the home.
A custom ceramic rug, designed for them by Janssen Design, welcomes visitors into their home at the entrance.
Guest bedroom is decorated in soft shades of blue and white. Double mirrors in the corner reflect light throughout room.
Guest room has large double door closet storage.
Master bedroom has large window to make the room bright. Sharon has accented their room in mauve and green. Full bath adjoins the master bedroom. Both the bedroom and bathroom have built in closets for clothes and storage.
Master bath has ceramic trimmed corner Jacuzzi and ceramic tile floor. The 5' vanity and tall towel cabinet bring the oak wood into the bathroom area.
Laundry area has ample counter space for folding area. Storage under counter allows for wicker laundry baskets.
Furnace/utility room connects to laundry room.
